By accessing this website or enrolling with Young Artist Music Project LLC (“YAMP”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Young Artist Music Project LLC is a music school in St. Augustine, FL, offering lessons and related programs for children and youth. Contact: info@youngartistmusicproject.com · 904-439-4308.

• You may browse public pages without an account. Inquiry and booking forms must be used with accurate information.
• Do not misuse the site: no scraping that impairs service, no attempting to access other families’ accounts, and no unlawful content.
• We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site. Content is provided for information about our school and offerings.

Enrolling a student creates a relationship governed by these terms and by the membership policies provided at enrollment (tuition, billing, missed lessons, summer, withdrawal, and studio conduct). If those policies and these terms conflict on studio operations, the membership policies control.

Text messages are never required to enroll, purchase, or continue lessons. You may complete every service by email, phone, or in-app notices only.

Family accounts belong to guardians. You are responsible for activity under your login. Tell us promptly at info@youngartistmusicproject.com if you believe an account has been used without permission.

Tuition and fees are described at enrollment and on the membership policies page. Payments are processed by our payment provider. A payment method on file may be required for membership. Charges, late fees, and refunds follow the membership policies.

Young Artist Music Project LLC (“Young Artist Music Project”, “YAMP”) may send informational text messages (Customer Care / Low Volume Mixed) to a mobile number you have opted in. These may include lesson reminders, schedule changes, account and billing notices, and school updates. This is not advertising.

• Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase, enrollment, or any YAMP service. You can enroll, take lessons, and pay without agreeing to texts.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply HELP or INFO for help, or email info@youngartistmusicproject.com / call 904-439-4308.
• Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to cancel. After STOP you will receive one confirmation and no further texts unless you opt in again (reply START, YES, or UNSTOP, or check the optional box on our text alerts page).
• Keyword opt-in: text START or YES to (904) 587-2921.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

The site’s design, photographs, copy, and marks (including Young Artist Music Project and YAMP) belong to Young Artist Music Project LLC or our licensors. You may not copy them for commercial use without written permission. Student work remains the student’s; promotional photos follow the notice on the membership policies page.

Lessons and the website are provided as available. We do not warrant uninterrupted access. To the fullest extent permitted by law, YAMP is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Lesson-related injury and liability language on the membership policies page also applies when you enroll.

We may update these terms. The current version will be posted at /terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. Material changes to messaging practices will also appear on the Privacy Policy and text alerts pages.
